    Which to buy and plant

This is a 45 acre track of land that I might purchase. The land is outlined in yellow. I already have ideas on what I want to do, but was wondering what others thought. Such as, food plots/planting bedding areas?

Here is another 51 acre property I am thinking about purchasing. It is also outlined in yellow. I already have ideas on what I want to do, but was wondering what others thought. Such as, food plots/planting bedding areas? Which, property would ya'll suggest to buy? Hunting pressure is light on both surrounding areas.

I say the 51 acre, simply because its all woods and you can cut them down for your food plots at what ever size you want and where you want. Where as if you have lots of open fields like in the 1st pic your stuck with them been where they are (unless you have 50ys to wait to grow new trees). I'm also looking at buying some hunting ground and I am looking for all woods. Also deer spend most of the daylight hrs in the woods so you will have more chance of having an encounter :)
