I am more then likely getting some of the UA 3.0 Cold Gear top and bottom for Christmas, and would like to get some kind of fleece mid layer top and bottom. Looking for suggestions.

I have a hard time believing that none of you layer your cloathing when it gets cold.

I have several different layers that I wear throughout the late season. Scentlok or Scent Blocker base layers with some sort of capilene or cold gear insulating layers. My next layers depend on just how cold it is. I usually wear a lightweight fleece (or two) like the North Face ultralight Fleece. Next is either an insulated outerlayer (on the bottom) or a cmo shell outerlayer.

I've recently started wearing one fleece layer with and insulated vest followed by my camo outerlayer as well.

I have so many different fleeces, I'm not sure which ones they are!

I have Scentblocker's merino wool heavyweight stuff for when it gets into the 30's... and their midweight stuff when it's from 50 - 30.

Best layering stuff I've seen on the market.

    The above.

Doesn't make a difference if you like the whole carbon idea or not.. this is THE best stuff I've ever worn underneath.

It's incredibly lite weight is astonishing. LOVE it.. will never wear anything else again.

I'm making the switch to wool, I just ordered my first piece for a layer! I love hunting when the temps are in the teens during late season and from all my research this is the way to go! I also just purchased some Xtech base layers from Cabelas on sale for $10, what a deal, wished I would of picked up more than just 2 pieces, going back for more tomorrow!

Exactly. Could care less if the carbon idea works or not; the material is just THAT nice.
