My Satori has two strings (for medium and short limbs) and the shorter in is considerably thicker with no twists in it. Not sure how to add string silencers to it. Was gonna put some beaver on it but that seems impossible. Thoughts?

Had an old recurve bow many years ago. An experienced guy would cut up rubber bands, tie them in a bundle and then tie the bundle to the bowstring, top and bottom.

I used short pieces wool, about 3 inches. I split the string twice (crosswise), put the pieces in, and fix it with a few windings of serving yarn.
The same on top and bottom of the string.
Would work with rubber band pieces, too.
