I'm headed down there Feb 21-28. My boss has a 47' boat he is letting me stay on. I have a fishing trip lined up for the 23rd. Going on an airboat ride one day. I'm told aligator alley is a neat drive.

So what else should I do/see while I'm there?

Oh, I might around the marina a little. Can't afford to go out on a charter every day, it would be fun tho.

I'd go check out some spring training practices.

Hit south beach - not that far a drive. Its a freak show, but there is some nice "assets" also.

If you go to Miami - hit Calle Ocho and score some Cuban Food and cigars.

There is a beach walk / board walk type area in Lauderdale, cannot recall the name, not as freak loaded as south beach, but close.

Quick spin up to Boca Raton is worth it - some high prices "assets" there...always fun.

Make a run to Key Largo - that is ALWAYS worth it. If you up to it, head for Marathon Key - midway down the keys.

    Man I miss Florida.
