I was watching bizarre foods with Andrew Zimmern and he was in North Carolina eating something called liver mush. This liver mush consisted of everything from liver to fat to head parts etc... The weird part was that people were eating it with mustard and grape jelly at the same time. Well to each his own I guess. Any of you guys eat that? GNMAT?

I stray away from things that have the words "liver" and "mush" both, so that's a double NO for me. However, I haven't been to NC, and when in Rome...

I agree Rick, looks like Scrapple to me. I eat it when it's available. It's not everywhere.

Same with what we call Liverwurst. It's a liver pudding type concoction which I usually put over pancakes.

I love Chicken and Waffles. Cook a whole chicken, debone it into a gravy and pour over waffles with maple syrup usually served with mash patotoes and corn. MMMmmm MMMMmmm

Nothing beats a big slice of headcheese with a big ol' kolach. My sister married a Chech, they use everything.

    P.S. I know I am weird but, I want Andrew Zimmern's job.
