What the HAIL just happened

    Look at the size of this hail. This hit us yesterday afternoon. We were driving from my house to my parents, about 3 miles. We got caught right out in the middle of this storm. Lets just say it was intense. Our whole little town just got hammered with this stuff. Dozens of people have posted pictures of broken windshields and hail damage. This is the biggest hail I have ever witnessed, and to be honest, I'd be happy to never see it again.

    Luckily it's just the paint that's torn, but that dent is exactly above where my head was in the car.

    Living in oklahoma we get softball/baseball size at least once or twice a year. Glad everyone is alright. Gotta love storms.

    Had a hail storm like that hit KY in 1996. I'm fairly sure every single car in a 50 mile radius practically could have been totaled out. The monetary damage was astronomical.
