So I'm looking for a target to put in the garage, and I was hoping you guys had some suggestions. Here's what I'd LIKE to have...

    1. At least 20x20, larger if possible.
    2. Capable of stopping at least 300fps.
    3. Not made out of anything that will friction weld to a carbon arrow.
    4. Reasonably durable w/ field points.
    5. Under $60.

I've seen some around, so I'm sure they exist, I'm just not sure which ones are going to stand up to being shot quite a bit. I don't want something that's going to pass through after a week of shooting. Cover is irrelevant. I'm willing to put new facing on as often as required. I'm not shooting broadheads at it, so it's no big deal if it won't take them. I'm really only going to use it to work on getting consistent form and building my shoulder strength back up. Discuss.

depending on where you are located, take a run to fleet farm if you have one near by. Right know they have a ton of archery stuff on sale. A few bigger bag targets were going for $15 the other day.

For that price itll probably be a bag which are great targets and theyll take a beating. If you want to spend a few more bucks id reccommend the rhinehart 18-1 just picked one up the other day and its great.

I was going to suggest the same but based on his budget he isn't even close and the 18-1 is 14x14 and he was looking for 20x20. I agree with you though the 18-1 is the best target available IMHO!

I just got a Rinehart raptor last week, You can pull the arrows out really easy. I'm shooting 268 fps. 380 grain arrow. The 22" bag is $59.99 at Cabella's or ****s.
