What states make up the "deep south" From those in the south and those in the north. As a northern this is what I consider the deep south Georgia N.C S.C Bama Miss LA Ark
I am thinking they need to border the Gulf of Mexico. East Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. You can toss in Georgia and the South Carolina "Lowcountry" too I guess but I don't know about Arkansas and North Carolina. I think they would be considered Mid-South, along with Tennessee and Kentucky.
All of the good ones. Lived in Texas for two years and it is the best state in the country. I can state that this is a fact after living in several. Now I'm back in IL. and it makes me want to puke.
Deep South is LA MS AL GA and FL to me. South in general then includes the Carolinas, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky
Whoa. Let's calm down a bit here. Let's all be rational. I know Illinois more than likely blows, but Texas, the best state in the country? And did you not live in Dallas? HAHA! Dallas is the worst part of Texas.
Only if you can pass the test? You can't be educated, speak intelligently or slowly or wear sleeves evidently. If you still have all your teeth, you either have to be under 30 or be showing signs of significant decay. That about does it... Oh yeah, and you have to make up words where no one knows what you are talking about except your family, closest friends and hunting partners. Hope this helps.
Fort Worth. Big difference. I'll even entertain your thinking. Please show me a better state with a better economy, better people (natives) overall living and the hunting opportunities. I'll give you a little while to figure it out.
Ah yeah, I can't hate on Fort Worth. I like Fort Worth. I can't argue the economy, but I find most native Texans to be very annoying with their loyalty to the state, and hunting opportunities? For such a large state, 97% of it is privately owned, so there really isn't much hunting opportunity if you don't want to pay to hunt the large ranches. And plus, the majority of Texas is balls ugly.
I suppose it all depends on what you use to measure each state. http://247wallst.com/2010/10/04/the-best-and-worst-run-states-in-america-a-survey-of-all-fifty/
