Is it better to have a slightly weaker or stiffer spine?

used On Target 2 software and without going into all details using a Easton Powerflight 340 at 29 inches = 0.013 weak and Powerflight 300 = 0.027 stiff

new to archery and first time using this software so don't know what the above numbers actually mean

am using arrows for both field archery and hunting

    Cheers

Stiffer spine for sure.... Beyond flight issues, saftey can be a concern with a weak arrow (more likely to break)....

While lighter arrows give more accuracy, Never go bellow what is recommended for your bow. Heavier arrows are more forgiving anyway.

If you ever see a picture of a carbon arrow that broke and splintered into someones hand cause they was shooting the wrong arrow you won't make that mistake lol trust me

How would a lighter arrow be more accurate? I would think a heavier one would be less affected by wind and any other factor. I could see heavier ones dropping sooner than lighter, but I dont see how they could be more inaccurate?

Lighter goes faster, so it is in the wind a shorter amount of time. A whole lot less forgiving, so it forces you to shoot more accurately.
