what should I do with this??

I just discovered this on my PSE Viking....don't know how long its been like this. Is it going to make a difference? Is it unsafe? Would they fix it at it's age? What would you do? Thanks all.

Looks like a good excuse to buy a new bow!

On a serious note, that looks very dangerous and I would not shoot it if I were you. If that comes loose and flys back at you while at full draw, that'd be some serious stuff!

I'd take it to a shop and see what they say.. Does look like a great excuse to get a new bow though!

ahh, that makes me cringe just looking at it. I would just look for a new bow. Dont know what they could do to fix that. Not to be rude, but did you dry fire it?

No bow expert but, I wouldn't draw back on that one. Good luck with it. Contact PSE. You never know, they may have replacements for it.

I have fixed wild things with the 'ole JB Weld trick.....hahahahaha. I don't have much cash for new bow right now.....got a rifle I can trade though.......guess I am going hunting for a bow/gun shop and cry big gator tears for some sympathy......bow season not that for away to learn a new bow.....I could always pull that old PSE out of the case and shoot 10 arrows in a tight group right off the bat at 25 yrds. and be ready to hunt.

guess I better start asking around for whats a good used bow for the money, and not much money at that(times r tough around here).........but that is going to start a wildfire of debate I would imagine......I don't want to raise any blood pressures, I'm new here. Just an unexpected expense not needed right now.

I am in no way shape or form any kind of expert, but if it were me I would not draw that bow. It just looks like a bad idea. I would be out bow shopping asap.

you may be able to locate new limbs for it, although it kind of looks like it is a separate piece a the end of the limb, in which case I would contact PSE and see what they can come up with for you. other wise I would start searching Craigslist/ bow shops!

Just how old is the bow? What kind of warrenty does PSE have? Maybe they will give so much off a new PSE, never know till you try them. Good luck.
Oh BTW, are you left handed?

What's your draw length? I might be willing to sell my backup bow. It's a 2009 Parker Redhawk XP but DL is 29-31.

So what did PSE say? Doesn't sound like their giveing you the Brute. Did they discount it or say you were just out of luck on this one?
