I have had really good luck using Active Scrape by Wildlife Research. I make mock scrapes and use the dripper bags. I start them in mid-October and the deer hit them hard.
I dont use any on my body just scent free as possible, I spray down heavy with primos silver xp spay alot before heading out and while i am on stand, also spray the steps of my stand and the base of my tree area before i go up. during the rut i will put some doe in heat on the trail where i want a deer to stop for the shot,it is really thick in the funnels where i hunt so this gives me the edge i need to get the shot off. I like primos thruth serum that came out last year had a lot of success with it last season even the does stayed around when they came in contact with it. this is synthetic so it does not break down into a ammonia smell like real deer urine does after a short time.
