    The more expensive one has a lock down mechanism that prevents it from bouncing back up into the arrow and some cool looking harmonic dampers. Personally I save about $20 by just going with the LD version and skip the HD version.

    The $140 rest has easier adjustment and a scale to see just how much you are adjusting and you can use it as a reference. More bells and whistles.:)

    The $54 one is very basic but operates the same.

    The same difference between a 54 dollar hooker and a 140 hooker.

    They both do the same thing, one just looks better and has more features;)

    I have shot both the exspensive was easier to micro tune and quiter and camo color. I use the cheaper one cause I am poor. LOL!!!
