So what other hobbies do you guys enjoy? A few months ago I bought me a brand new 2011 Polaris RZR S. I have had 3 wheelers, dirt bikes and 4 wheelers all my life.As I have got older my hands and arms were really starting to hurt when I rode things with handlebars , as much as I liked to ride the pain was killin the fun factor. So,I sold all my offroad machines and bought the RZR S. Now I can get out and enjoy offroading again. I am always lookin for guys to ride with in my area.
My other hobbies also include ATV riding, 95% of this takes place in WVA...I do hope to buy a RZR for me and the wife one day, But I'm going to run the wheels off of this Arctic Cat first. I'm also getting into 3D pretty heavy this year.
Home Improvement, Mountain Biking, Flyfishing (just starting to now use hooks thanks to Vito's tip), Photography, and getting more into woodworking.
I would love to learn how to tie my own feathers. Maybe that will be my thing eventually. Right now it's warm water fish from my Kayak and the next will be coastal fly-fishing for Stripers.
Wildlife photography, falconry, metal detecting, arrowhead hunting, trail Camming, fishing and drinking beer keeps me pretty busy in the off season.
Far too many than time and money allow. Actually, I've been debating getting rid of some things to free up time and money as well as get rid of some stress. Problem is, I can't come to terms with doing so. But, I will say that I have been really enjoying getting back to the outdoors more over the past couple of years than I have other hobbies.
In the off season from bowhunting I spend a lot of time ice fishing, riding dirtbike, shooting trap, wrenching on cars and playing pool. My family also races dirt track stock cars so that keeps us all busy during the summer.
guitars and amps,I buy and sell and do some custom work. Boating both race and pleasure for 35 years..less of this since crash at the lake has my back needing surgery. So i am on the waiting list with a top notch guy for june they tell me. hunt turkey and deer and even arrowheads, some caving here also and lots of trailcams it's alot cheaper then boating.
