I had my heart set on a HTX until now. I found another shop about an hour from & thought I would just drive down there to see what was there. Well they had a Hoty Nitrium Turbo on sale for $879. Best of all it was Black! Now I have to really make a decision. I can get the bow set up with my Apache Carbon, viper stabilizer & a HHA King pin for $1450! What do y'all think?

You really can't go wrong with a Hoyt. I have had mine for 6 years now and have no intention on getting a new one anytime soon.

How does it shoot for you?
Do you love the way it feels in your hand?

    If affirmative.............buy it quickly!

If they both feel great shooting then you have a tough decision but if one feel better then the choice is alot easier.

Sorry it has an optimizer king pin. Is that a good sight or is it over kill?

I love my kingpin. It is on the heavier side, however.

Shoot both and then decide what one you like more... Buy that one.

I love my nitrum turbo. Imo I like htr better than the htx. The htx feels like I'm pulling 80 compared to the htr. I've had people draw them side by side and they agree. There's been a couple that like it better because of the riser design but it ultimately comes down to the individual shooter

Prefer the Hoyt, but personally not a Turbo fan. I'd probably get the Z5 or DFX cams on it.
