I am going to watch a movie here shortly and here are my choices.........please throw me a bone and give me your opinion on what movie I should watch. If I waste 5 bucks on a bs movie you all picked, prepare to die. 1) Inglurious Basterds 2) Angels and Demons 3) Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince 4) The Hangover 5) Star Trek 6) The Complete History of Sexual Failures (some TV-MA movie)
Angels and Demons was my kinda movie. Great plot. Great history lesson. I saw some of the others. Didn't see others.
Cool--I have tried to get my wife to watch Angels and Demons for weeks, but she prefers to watch basketball games instead. Talk about gender role reversal. Any other thoughts gentlemen? Keep in mind I just got off a couple hard days work, am drinking some strong wine, and am willing to potentially cry during the movie.
Angels and Demons, if you aren't tired and aren't going to fall asleep. Even though it has a weak ending.
So are you saying I shouldn't watch Demons and Angels?..if you are saying it is predictable I will have it figured out 45 minutes from the end. Dang guys.
You guys trying to throw me off the scent?? Hmmmm. No other responses and I will watch that darn movie in 5 minutes.
Angels and Demons has a predicitable weak ending? Maybe I'm slightly retarded, but I didn't think so.
The Hangover just because I've only seen it once. I love Inglorious Basterds, though. The Harry Potter movie is good, but none of the movies do any of the books any justice. At all.
Probably a little late to this thread but here is the order I would watch them... 1a) Inglorious Basterds 1b) Star Trek 1c) Hangover Cant go wrong with any of the first three. 4) Angels and Demons 5) Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
GA, you are not late. As soon as I was about ready to order a movie last night my oldest daughter woke up throwing up..greatttt! So I spent the next hour cleaning beds and taking care of a sick kid. I will watch one or two of those movies today. Thanks guys.
Hangover was funny at best....I particularly don't find redundant comedy's that are a spin off of each other comical anymore. Talladaga Nights was great! I've seen Hangover once that was enough for me. I really can't suggest anything Gladiator, Braveheart, Troy....great flicks
Kind of curious to see if you watched any today. Here's my order: 1)Star Trek (I thought it was better than the previews) 2)The Hangover 3)Inglorious Bastards (mildly funny. IHMO it was disappointing) 4)Angels & Demons (huge disappointment as I read the book first) 5) Harry Potter, can't recommend it as I haven't seen it
