2008 Hoyt Katera for the Primary hunting rig 2010 Hoyt Alphamax 35 for Backup and shooting at the club
'07 Mathews Drenalin. Great thread JZ, it's very interesting to see that I'm already in the "old" category
Trev, one of my favorite bows Ive ever owned!! Undecided if Im going to "hunt" with my DXT again this year or get a new bow. Same deal as always, nothing wrong with any of the past few bows I own/owned, they all killed deer and hit where I was aiming, but for some dumb reason I get a new bow every few years, must be a testosterone driven thing lol?? Im actually going to try and get a few deer down with my recurve this year just to add some change and challenge to this season.
Interesting to look at the Top 5 Choices, there's a noticable spike in 2007. Good model year, or everyone flyin' high before the crash?
My primary bow is a Martin Prowler. This isn't mine, but it looks exactly like it: I bought her nearly four years ago, to get started with bowhunting. I was lucky enough that two seasons ago I got to use a Hoyt Katera for the season and I'm picking up a Strothers Inspire for this upcoming fall. I'm looking forward to having a newer, faster, quieter bow.
