What Arizona EZ tool is the best. I have had my pro shop use the aluminum arrow jig for my Axis arrows and it seems to work great, even though they say it's too big for those arrows..I asked him which one it was and he said it was a right helical with an off set of 4 deg?? I don't think that's possible is it? Is there such jig? Either way whatever he used looks and flies great...I would like to get one so I can do it myself if needed, but Im not sure he toild me the correct thing.

I just purchased the mini fletcher and it claims to have maximum helical. Not sure how much on the offset.

I never fletched arrows before last week and found no problem using it with Blazers. Was so simple and fast.

Did not shoot any of the new arrows yet so, I can not tell you how they fly.

I did see this on their website:
    Offset Pro Arms
    Item#: SO2
This pack of arms is all you need to convert an aluminum tool to a 4 degree offset. Replacing the arms involves removing the pin that connects the arms to the base, remove the arm, replace with the new arm and you’re done!

My only experience with the AZ EZ fletch was years ago and I can't say it was good. I've been using the Jo-Jan ever since and haven't ever regretted it.

KA - What did you not like about it?

I don't fletch much but, will check to see if I run into the same problems or dislikes you did.
