    1. Yoke tuned the bow.

    2. Paper tuned at 3 feet and 9.
    3. French Modified tuning.

    4. Test it out and the results @ 20 yards

Most of the time I try to paper tune, walk back tune and then finally for me where the rubber meets the road broad head tune.

I'll paper tune if I feel something is off, but other then that just shoot like I normally would. My bow gets shot year round, so there isn't much of a down time for it.

I'll add that I've had the same bow for five years and never made any changes to my set up. Same rest, sight, arrows ect.

Well, here's the process I use in the shop as well as on all my personal bows:

    1. Set bow specs to mfg. recommendations.
    2. Use draw board to set cams dead on for timing.
    3. Paper tune to get initial results and tear.
    4. Do a session of Modified French Tuning.
    5. Finish off with bareshaft tuning out to 20 yards.
    6. Verify tune with group tuning.

I just screw on fixed blades. Usually at least 2 different types and get them to group with my Field points.

I am still a novice with just 2 years shooting experience and not bow press or any fancy tools, but getting a bow to shoot BH with FP has worked for me. Then you know the arrow leaves the bow straight.

Will read some of the liked guides and maybe start to do more in-depth tuning.

There's a great app out now called apptitune. You can just follow they're guidelines. It's really not hard.

    1. Set poundage to what I'm comfortable drawing
    2. Set tiller
    3. Eyeball rest and D-loop adjustments and use a square if I have it wherever I may be tuning.
    4. Paper Tune
    5. Sight in vertical
    6. Sight in windage

D loop square, centre shot set against arrow off the riser.
Then I do modified French tune, then bareshaft using control cable and yokes, then broadhead using yokes
