Well I'm 5'4" and 154 lbs now.:d I started doing the Weight Watchers Diet and working out a bunch last July! Since then I have lost and kept of a total of 43 lbs and 38". I'm extremely happy with where my body now. I just have a little toning up to do yet. I have notice that when my fiancée and I are hunting or fishing there’s a huge difference. I don’t get as tired or wore out as easy!

Here's 2 picture's of me the 1st was takin last July and the 2nd was takin a few weeks ago!

6'2" @ 210 lbs. I could lose 10 lbs and tone up a bit. I spend 1/2 hr a day on an elipticle machine and I walk a lot.

    6'2" @ 170 lbs

I consider myself to be above average when it comes to my physical fitness.

    CG,
As many have stated, congrats on losing and keeping the weight off. My neighbor is on the WW program and she's lost a significant amount of weight.

I feel like I'm in pretty good shape, but I know I could eat healthier food. I'm 6', 165. My job keeps me in pretty good shape. I think I sweated out 5 pounds of beer today at work :d

    CLG--that is awesome

Ummm, yeah. I am 6' and 260-270 depending on how I drank the night before. I used to work out with a powerlifter and a few bodybuilders so I am a musclehead with a mean shed covering my six pack.

I'm 6'5" and 215 lbs. I'm in pretty good shape body wise. Running wise...not so much. However, I quit smoking last October and that was the best decision I ever made!
