In my younger years, I used to carry my bow in a case that was essentially a camo bed sheet with a zipper. I treat my bow like its my baby at all times so I don't need a hard case for protection. Although it would be nice for long hunting trips in the truck but I don't take many of those.

Anyone have any issues with those Lakewood Bowfile cases when used for air travel?
SKB has a good protection claim, and that is a huge selling point. That being said, I am considering a Bowfile because I like the drop in design.
