What is your favorite?

What is your favorite big game animal to hunt?

 

Whitetail deer, hands down. There's just something about a big racked whitetail that gets me goin

 

I've only hunted 1 big game animal. Whitetailed deer. So for now, that's what I'll go with.

 

Black bear! Elk are next followed very closely by whitetails.

 

I was hoping someone would mention elk. Having a bull bugle 50 yards away in the timber will send chills down my spine until the day I die.

 

Can't say that I have a "favorite". Whitetails are my bread and butter, but stalking antelope on open ground is a totally different rush! Headed to CO on my first elk hunt this September. I guess my favorite depends on the tag in my pocket and the part of the country I'm in.

 

I still like the stuff that can hunt back.

 

I've only hunted whitetails, so like mobow...it's whitetails for me.

I hope to go on an elk hunt either this year, or in the next few. There's a lot more big game out there that I want to chase one day too.
