    To me, it looks like the camera is being opened up and it took a picture of the door that swings open.

    I think it's the inside of a ball cap. Some one covering it up so it doesn't take a picture of them. I have heard of some game wardens doing this in MN.

    Set up another cam and find out for sure. At least they didn't steal/damage your cam, silver lining.

    The inside out of a hat is a great call. I didn't see it until then but I agree. Looks like a fitted hat. If you see any people in the area with a fitted hat give them a long glaring stare.
