I just shot my first deer ever with the bow the other day. Its a nice little 6pt and I want to mount the antlers. Where can I get the best kit to mount my antlers?

Mountain mikes euro mount or find your local taxidermist.

Its pretty easy to do a skull mount yourself and fairly cheaper than getting a taxidermist to do it for ya. Just look it up on youtube. plenty of helpful vids on there man

Another vote for Mtn Mike's. Clean, easy, and done in 10 minutes

I ordered a couple antler mounts from Van Dyke's last week. I was expecting to get them in today, but I didn't so hopefully I'll get them tomorrow. I'll let you know how they work, I'm kinda excited to see how well they work.

Mountain Mike's? You mean the ones where you cut the antlers off at the pedicles and then screw them to a plastic skull to make it look like a euro mount?

^^^^this^^^^. Easy to do & actually looks very realistic! Mine also came with a free wall mount.

If so...NO!!! Just take the little bit of time to euro it yourself. Much better results.

I vote for a euro mount. It's your first deer ever. You will regret not getting a nice mount down the road. You can do your own euro, but I'd just take it and have it done. My Taxi charge $80 for a euro and they look awesome.

That's a great price for a professional Euro! Definitely go to a taxi if you can OP, otherwise do a Euro yourself...fake skull kits are not even close to as good and meaningful looking in my personal opinion.

Exactly my point. Why anyone would hack up their trophy to put it on a piece of plastic is beyond me. But, to each their own I guess.

Wow that's a great price I've sold pedestals alone for that price.
