what if a person took some of those vaccuum bags, that they show on TV... the kind where you can shrink down like 4 comforters to nothing. and used that to store his camo over the summer. maybe throw in an earth cover scent wafer or something.

think it would keep the odors out??

Yep I think it would, I don't think you could get more air tight than that.

I've kept mine in a sealed tote with fresh earth waffers and that works really well so i would imagine the same process in a vacuum seal bag would be about as good as it could be!

If nothing else it would take up less space.

I would be carefull of compressing some items long term as it may stifle there loft. Other then that have at it

I've done it with cotton/polyester camos and it worked great.

That's a pretty good idea. Way better than simply putting it in a plastic tote with wafers. Definitely going to try that after this season.

Works good with either spray on or waffle cover but I would put all three Waffle disks that in come in a can the the bag. A cooler works great too.

yes im pretty sure it would. I usually spray my bow case on the inside with earth sent and throw in one of those hunters choice sent wafers in earth sent and my bow and gear come out of the case smelling like it.

This is exactly what I do. It works well. I take a couple of the "earth" scented dryer sheets and throw in there. I store all of my and my 2 sons coats, shirts, pants, socks, everything in them. Vaccuum the air out and they get real small, slide them under the bed.

I use a Hunters Specialities scent safe storage bag... I seal it almost the whole way and then kneel on it an get as much air out as possible and finish sealing it.... Works pretty good

I've used them for multiple trips/storage. We went to Mississippi the first week of March and purchased the ones from walmart (3 bags for $12) and they worked great!!!
