Quite honestly, I forgot about it. I guess I just have a lot going on and am entertained more by the debate over the sweater vest.

I guess I don't care right now. Not sure how I will feel about it during the fall. I know one thing for sure....... it will allow me to hunt a little more being less competition for my Sunday evenings.

If I could hunt Sunday evenings, I'd forget what the NFL even was.

Actually, I don't care either, I just needed an excuse to post Matt getting hit in the face again.

Looks like watching the Lions the past ten years over and over again.

The Lions will be very dangerous this year. Dare I say playoffs are possible?

If our QB can stay healthy, but I agree, Detroit is on the comeback.

Nope... could care less about the lock out, the players union or if we have football this fall. We can all settle down to watching a bunch of games on Saturday instead of Sunday. Monday night might be boring..... but I'll live with it. I really don't care if a bunch of millionaires and billionaires shoot themselves in the foot..... or both feet. And guess what..... Sunday may actually become a "Family Day" again. LOL I really don't care at this point.

I don't know about you but Sundays, family and football, all go hand in hand. I actually think we wouldn't even get together if not for football on Sunday.

That is a much bigger travesty than an NFL strike. Still blows my mind that people can't hunt on Sunday.

Wait? There are places where people cannot hunt on Sundays?

Apparently. Sounds like PA and VA are still on that list. Why, I have no idea.

Yep, VA is still one of those blue law states. You know how many hundreds to thousands of hours I have lost hunting because of the no Sunday hunting rule? And as my kids age and become more active in sports, Saturday is pretty much a no go hunting day for me if my kids are playing sports. Athough I love hunting I will not miss my children's games to be in the woods. Rant over.

Perhaps that is why I don't mind taking a Sunday off here or there if there is a good NFL game on. I know I have the option to hunt Saturday or Sunday every weekend. My options to hunt are much greater than those of you in VA or PA.

A lot of times I go hunting, but it is nice to hang back and watch a game with the family and relax.

I really can't imagine not being able to hunt on Sunday. It would sure tighten things up for sure.

You know you're in the Water Cooler in the off season when an animated GIF of RJ spiking a football into his face quickly turns to the topic of Sunday hunting:tu:
