Just got it in the mail, tomorrow morning it all starts.
Why do you like this better than P90x? I've attempted P90X a few times but never follow through. Curious about insanity.
Workouts are shorter (think the longest so far is about 45 min), you don't need any equipment (weights, bands, pullup bar), and Shaun T isn't as annoying as Tony is

Yes. Pure Cardio is ridiculous. I need to start Insanity back up again. I've started it two different times and got ill about a month into it both times. I really need to go all the way through with it. Keep after it.

My legs are getting the worst of it. Today doing the recovery made me realize how much balance I do not posess. The last couple days I found myself really struggling the last 10-12 minutes. Hopefully my body starts recovering. I am going from basically zero excercise into this workout so my body is having quite a rude awakening. I picked up some whey 2 days ago and am hoping the drink after the workout will help me recoop some of my energy loss. Other than that great.
It gets better! Then the trick is to push yourself so you feel as wiped as the first week
I've been hitting the gym hard over the last 3-4 years and dropped a good 75 lbs or so. I wanna try Insanity bad but I live on the second floor of an apt so I don't think my downstairs neighbors would appreciate my big a$$ bouncing around up there!

Good luck guys!! I'm thinking of doing it too.....quit smoking over a year ago...gained bout 30 pounds of fat....quit dippin about a month ago....more weight to follow! used to be a high school hockey player......aced my PT test in the army every single time...now im so fat! keep up the good work!
Feeling a little more stamina. Need to push myself a little more but I am still wiped out after the workout.
Did the Fit Test last night. This is going to be tough! I went thru the first 30days 4 mos ago and thought I had stayed in decent shape..... Not so much.
Yeah, the first test sucks! Just finished day 27, almost half way there.
