I use a browning for walking to and from the stand , but I also keep an l.e.d. maglite in the truck for tracking and stuff like that. The maglite is really bright

I use an Engergizer headlamp for walking in/out. My blood trailing light is a Craftsman lantern that uses the battery pack from my cordless drill. Both have worked well for several years.

Green Energizer cap light in closed hand to just let enough light through to see the path and a sniper mini hog light to light up the woods for blood trailing.

I just have a little cammo cheapo. I don't use a flashlight for anything but I have one just in case, I guess for tracking at night if I ever need to do that.

Klarus XT11. You can get some good deals on eBay for them with 2 rechargeables and a charger. And the flashlight is as bright as day.

I use a Petzel headlamp and carry a Surefire flashlight for blood trailing or "just in case".

I carry several lights. I have a cheapie elastic headlamp (3 for $10.00 @ Costco... with batteries!). A 150 lumen led little handheld (also from Costco) and a mini mag back up flashlight. I also carry a chemical light stick; this is more for hanging up where I was hunting if I shoot a deer near dark and need to come back to that spot than a flashlight but it would suffice if need be.

Despite my redundant light systems, I have found myself needing to use my cell phone for a light at least once. It will be when the batteries have crapped out in my primary light, I forgot and left my other light in the truck the last time I dragged out a deer, my mini mag light has retreated to some inaccessible section of my pack and I don't want to crack open the cyalume stick. :D

I ordered one of these, $30 for a $100 light didn't think I could go wrong. I'm happy with it, I bought one of the cyclops handheld spotlights Justin had done a review on. This light matches it pretty much beam for beam, but nowhere near the size. I haven't tested battery life yet, but 2 AA's don't cost much. I'll use it for tacking at night if need be, but for walking in I use a small LED from harbor freight. Cup it in my hand and filter the light through my fingers, lets me control the beam and have an instant brighter light should I need it.

Streamlight TLR-1. It's a weapon light but so bright that I unscrew from the gun I normally keep it on and carry in my pack during season. Other than that I have an ebay cheapo 5 watt led head lamp that I keep on me when I'm blood trailing.

    Buy Flood-to-Throw Zooming Cree P4-WC 3-Mode 100-Lumen LED Flashlight (3*AAA)

I have bought several of these for myself and gifts. You can't go wrong for the price. For the size, its much brighter than any other light I've seen (including my buddies surefire). The zoom feature comes in very handy. Keep in mind when searching Lumens is not everything. Lux is much more important but hardly given.

A have a small Fenix light, about 190 lumens on one CR123. Its cheaper than the Streamlights, those are overpriced IMO.
