Is the scrape line Down wind of the mock according to prevailing wind directions?
If it has been there for three years, they might have just altered their travel routes, and not even know its active anymore.
I would move it 50 yards and see what you get

The travel routes/scrape line are the same, they run East/West on a ridge. The winds are usually out of the west/northwest. The scrape in question is in a small clearing.

I did put a mineral block near there this year that may have effected it. I only had a cam there for a few weeks to monitor it, and it didn't get much traffic then.

I could consider a competing line. I might up my $ on scents for that one. Or buy new scents and refresh the old line for the rut. Ill do something.

Ive had decent results with mineral licks. Some better then others.

It tells you that you should be hunting there when the rut hits full swing, and not a minute before.
