AND we may be seeing him again this year. I HATE the purple and gold of course, being a green and gold fan, but i want this to happen.

We talked about this at work today. The best thing that could happen if he came back would be for MN to take the division. Then hopefully Ted Tompson will get fired

I would laugh my arse off if he took them to the big gig.:hail:

Hold your laughter, ain't gonna happen! The best thing is when he comes back and MN ends up in the cellar! Then MN will be looking for another QB AGAIN next year!

    GO LIONS!

I think he should play but I am tired of the drama around it all.

i know this is a big to do and everybody is sick of hearing about it but that just goes to show how dumb the media is!!!!!!!! bottom line for me is this... here is a guy who likes to play football, why not be happy for him if he wants to come back and try to play??????? he will have 1 of 32 jobs as starting QB in the ENTIRE WORLD. and to be able to let that go cant be easy. would we care if he worked at an archery shop and was one of the BEST at his job EVER and just couldnt stay retired? NO, we'd say take your time, if you wanna come back, please do. we'd love to have ya!

He still is better then 80% of the QB's out there.
Minnesota does indeed have the team built around him if he comes back.
The offense is pretty much what he ran in Green Bay which you cant say for the jets.
At first I was against him coming back but I have since changed my mind and if he can give 100%
go for it. I do think the vikqueens are better off with him that is for sure.
Plus just one time I want to see him on his back up in lambeau field.

Dan where did you get that Favre jersey btw?

Jeff PM addy again I still have all these dang gloves sitting around.

I've never understood why someone cares if a guy tarnished his image in the fans eyes. That is the fans problem, not the players IMO. If he wants to play, let him play.

He's not in the top 80%, but he's better than Vick, and he's going to playing this fall.

the guy can still play at a high level... favre on a bad day is still better than half of the starters in the nfl right now... cmon, his last season in gb he went to the nfc champ game, last season he playedin a totally new offense and performed respectably and damn near took the jets to the playoffs, almost entirely on his own shoulders...

Last years stats are tough to go by too, his bicep or whatever It was had problems. Most NFL analyst's have him In the top 10 as of right now, some others better then that. In my opinion he's a top 5 to top 7 QB. The Vikings QB situation sucks!!!!!! Try watching these guys play the last few years, you'd be on the Favre bandwagon too. Rosenthall can wait another year If this Favre thing happens, It's not like Rosenthall Is the next Favre In the making anyway.

The Vikes are a good QB away from going the distance. Favre don't have to be awesome, he just needs to be good.

He will sign, they know what kind of shape his arm is in, but they probably told doc andrews to shhhh, he has been going to mini and training camps for along time and since he knows this offense inside and out he does not want to go through the camps, he will sign as soon as preseason nears...2 weeks maybe.

As someone who is a casual FB fan, I am for it. It's entertainment and either fans win in that department. I wish that they would play NFL on Saturdays and College on Sundays, that way would work better for me as I can't hunt on Sundays.

Being a packer fan I think he should have stayed retired when he retired from green bay. But that aside I really dont care at this point. He just keeps draging it out and I lost intrest when he and GB front office got into it. I hate purple and gold too but whatever he can do what he wants I guess.
