Of course not. I don't talk to white trash.

For a group of people who claim they don't care what others think of them, y'all are taking this way too seriously.

I don't care what other people think of me. I'm taking this seriously because it's RUDE and OFFENSIVE to many different people whether or not they are even on this forum.

I'm not judging you or Vito, I'm honestly hoping you people don't say these things or act this way in real life.

Are you judging who I am in real life based on how I act on here? Sounds judgmental to me.

    :lmao:

x2...some of you are taking the interwebs a lot too seriously.

And if for no other reason... The 5th commandment... obey your parents.

C'mon she has two things going for her.

#1 She is your mom... therefore she is always right and when she isn't always right, see #2 She is a woman and therefore she is always right. :whip:

    I agree.

Only, this kid never asked for advice on whether or not he should listen to his mother.

Yes, you care, or you would not find this rude or offensive. You have never thought about how people perceive someone wearing camo around town before because it is common in your area, and because everyone you know and love most likely does the same. Now a few people are offering a different perspective, and its making you become self aware.

You can harp about how offensive, how rude, or how judging people off petty things like clothes shows a lack of character, but the fact is, most people, maybe not you and your family, but most people are judgemental *******s. That is just fact. I'm just letting you know how those judgemental *******s perceive people who wear camo around town.

I'm not a very judgemental person, that being said do I judge people sometimes YES! Everyone is judgemental just some more then others. Do I wear camo in public rarely and not on purpose. I don't take anything Vito says here seriously, his comedic antics make my work day less boring.

The fact of the matter is that we dont judge people and their actions enough anymore in the country.
We have groups of people that want to allow and justify everything, bad behavior, immoral actions ect ect...and yes even bad and inappropriate dressing. Accountability has be replaced by excuses which then further reenforces peoples poor choice and behaviors.

I for one find it encouraging that for the most part members on here understand some very basic ideals...Respect and obey you parents, act and dress appropriately for you soundings.

Who are you to say camo isn't appropriate? He should listen to his mom ... that is the ONLY argument here IMO ...

This has all been fun. Enlighting and after 9 pages, I'm done.

It's generally funny to see Vito make his smarteleck comments and I don't normally care, but this got to me. And not because "nearly every one I know and love" wears camo. A LOT of my family does not wear camo and half of my family pokes fun at the way I talk. I don't care. But, even those folks around here who choose not to wear camo, would NEVER say the things you "real men" have said on here.

I didn't have to say that its inappropriate. If you read the original post you can see he clearly stated that she (his mother)didn't feel its appropriate. "She says theres a time and a place for it and school is not one of them? Just curious on another parents opinion?"

I just happen to agree with her. Children are the responsibility of parents for several reasons, one of which is to help guide their child's actions. Nice to see parents out there doing just that.
