What's up with all the sports jersey hatin'?
You obviously don't live in a city with a major sports team and a rabid fan base. You are the odd ball when you DON'T wear a jersey on game day.

I am Catholic, and while I don't wear camo to Mass (the most I wear when not in the field is a camo hat - and I always take my hat off when going to Mass), my priest bow hunts, and served up pasta with elk sausage (that he killed) for a dinner for parish volunteers, so he might be cool with it

I do agree with Hooker, that a man should know how to dress. Not being from the South, I can't speak to the dress code there, but in Illinois, things are extremely casual. I always wear a suit when going to Court (I'm an attorney, not a defendant:)), and when I stop at the store or somewhere on the way home, you would not believe how much better I am treated by the staff/management than on those occasions when I stop at the same store in jeans. This is not to say I am treated badly on the jeans-days, but it seems that wearing a suit is such a rareity, that people go above and beyond when they see you in one.

Well it's simple really. Once you start paying for your own clothes, wear whatever you want - until then, well.....

It's a camo tee shirt in high school. I don't have a huge problem with it unless he's wearing it every day. It's not gonna win you any popularity contests, but if you've realized that high school isn't really all that important in that aspect, my hat is off to you.

Jerseys......game day = any age, any time, most any where. Non game day = never.

You guys are :dan: i wear camo outside of hunting. who cares! i know its your mom. you could be wearing girls clothes (like everyone else thats a candy *** on here) thats pretty bad. the people that i know young and old almost always have a piece of hunting camo on. there is nothing wrong with this. the damn kid is at school! not a ****ing wake.

dont wear full camo, thats odd but a t shirt and cap is fine

Ditch the camo and wear real clothes. Chicks don't like the camo everyday... unless they're absolutley weird in their own right. Play normal, in this case follow moms outline. You're just a dweeb dressing in camo everyday. You'll become one of those people they say is "ODD" ... or "Weird".... or "Spooky". Those are not things you should strive to be. Put on a dang normal set of garments and wear camo when it's called for. You should not be wearing camo to typing 101.

Of course... after reading through this thread... it may be too late for you. Sounds like you're already "ODD"... or "Weird".... or "Spooky". NO, you may NOT date my daughter.

I've seen some great fashionable camo/solid color shirts with jeans that looks great....But Camo totaled out speaks volumes. It says help me I don't have but one set of clothes to wear.

Although I have no problem what so ever with kids or adults wearing some camo outside of hunting you have to listen to your mom, It's her house and her rules.

Move over sticknstringswife, add me to the white trash list too then. ;) My daughter came home from the hospital In full camo attire after she was born. She wears a camo shirt to pre school also here and there along with camo gloves and sometimes a hat. She loves It. God forbid her.

I hear the exact opposite remarks from people then what I'm reading here who see my daughter dressed In some sort of camo.
