$80 for a euro mount from my taxidermist. Add in another $30 if you want some sort of mounting board / plaque.

I pay $85. That price includes a pine wall plaque.

A friend from work just last week showed me his euro mount that he just got back. He said he paid $130 for it. I didn't say this to him, but I thought that was a bit steep. The guy did a real nice job, but that's still too much. I do my own rendition.

Pulled this one out of the garden a few minutes ago. The worms did a fine job. I'll clean up and peroxide the skull.

It seems like a 100$ is pretty typical these days around here in Wisconsin.

I know a guy with beetles that will clean the skull like nothing you've ever seen. I think he charges $100 for basic then plaque and camo dip the price obviously goes up. This is one I did myself by boiling. Not a good pic but barnwood with pic and name plaque. I wish I would have got this one shoulder mounted though. 21.5" inside spread and estimated 8.5 - 9.5 yr old Buck. His face was white.

I'm with the DIY option. Much more gratifying and you get to learn something new.

I saw at the store the other day a fake deer skull that you just screw your deer's antlers into instead of doing the whole euro mount thing. looked just like the real skull. Still im not sure if I would want it. was only like $20 bucks though. Not bad really considering im willing to bet most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
