I only bring food on all day sits.. I do bring water though for morning and evening sits. Always have food back at the pick-up for the drive home.

All day sits .... I like water still, and hot coffee if its real cold out (small thermos) food...granola, apples, jerky.

Water and jerky for morning or evening sits. Water, jerky and a sandwich if it's going to be all day. I try to avoid anything with caffeine in it like coffee or chocolate and try to eat something in the morning with a high level of soluble fiber so that I don't have to worry about dropping bombs when I'm up in the stand.

I almost forgot. I'm planning on making up some pine needle tea and taking it with me on cold morning sits. It's warm, tasty, controls scent (smells like a pine tree) and has high levels of vitamin C in it.

I only get out on saturdays and every time I get out I "plan" on an all day hunt so I either take what even sandwhich I can make at the house (normally PBJ :nana:) But if not then I swing by the gas station and grab a pepperoni roll. I also start off my morning with a Real Tree energy drink. I prefer AMP but love the fact that the realtree ones are re-sealable.

Tekel look into Monster Import if you want a resealable can. they have a black twist top on them that you can open and close. if you're good you can do it with one hand.

all day sits a sandwhich (smoked venison summer sausage) and if past trick-or-treat any leftover candy (unwrapped and in a ziplock) usually try to eat one bite size every hour. gatorade and one in the truck as a reward for draggin that big buck out =-)

if not an all day sit usually nothing cept a gatorade or maybe some sportbeans (they have electrolytes in them)

Venison jerky, water or apple cider, homemade granola. But only if out all day, which is more often than I care to admit to my wife.

Normally I don't take stuff to the stand with me. Last year I did take some apples, because my apple tree cranked out a zillion yummy apples. I would leave my facemask on and try to eat the apple. It was my entertainment in those really dull times out in the woods. I would put the apple core in the tree when I was done..... just so no one thought I was trying to bait with a slobbery apple core. :)

Poptarts (in a ziplock), granola bars, and occasionally I like to eat chunks out of a salt block, for some reason I always tend to
accidentally drop it and it rolls and lands about 20 yds from my stand, weirdest thing...jkjk, calm down Wardens!
