Thinking back about this past season I never found a good way to store scent wicks like the Tinks scent bomb once it had scent in it. I used it once and sealed it mold grew and didn't smell like deer scent any more, then I left one out at the stand and it worked alright until the first cold snap and the wick froze. So how do you guys store your scent wicks if you are going to reuse them?

I would dig deep in my pocket for the $5.00 to buy new ones each season.

I quit using them but when I did I ended up leaving them were I put them out because I didn't want to bump deer on the way out of the woods at dark.

I just leave them hang and refresh them when I hunt the stand again. Keep it out of reach of foxes though.

I have a separate pull string bag I carry my scents and rubber gloves in. After I apply scent to the wick and I am done hunting that day, I put them in a Zip Loc sandwich bag. When I am ready to user it again, I put on rubber gloves and pull it out the bag. This way I never have to touch the wick. In most cases, there are 2 tp 3 weeks in a package of deer lure. I use a wick twice at the most. I buy a pack of new wicks to have just in case.
