My first instinct would be to grab for the baling wire and duck tape but that works also, just remember that those damned zipstraps are not UV protected and get brittle. I'd hate to hear about you punching yourself in the mouth next time you need to grind some burger.

I just had to fab something up real fast to finish the job. I was hungry. I will be fabricating a beefy handle for it in the next couple days. I prefer a welder, a mill press, and so metal stock over duct tape and zip ties.

In case anyone doesnt know. Ram meat is amazing. tastes just like beef. at first i didnt have high expectations because it had a similar smell when cooking as it did when i was cleaning the head. not a pleasant smell at all. but as soon as i bit into it. the 'head smell' as we called it, went away.
it is very very very very lean. I added about 10% beef fat to it, and it could use a bit more. but all in all a success.
