Physical labor like chopping firewood or a good steep hike in the mountains.

This probably sounds crazy, but I try to get more angry or stressed about whatever I'm stressed about. Look it right in the eye and tell it to bring it on. Ask whatever the problem is if that's all it has. Face it... deal with it.. and don't let it beat you. I take it as a challenge. The running, excersising, physical stuff is a quick feel good fix. The next day the problem is still going to be there. You could run some more or lift weights again, but guess what? The following day it's going to be there too. You may end up the most physically fit you've ever been , but you're not going to resolve anything. Don't hide behind it in a gym or jogging everyday. Look it in the eye and beat it. Take it personal.

    That's my boy! Grizzly Mint!

I just love to go for a drive and listen to music. Also going out and playing cards or whatever is always a good way to forget
