What does everyone do for a living? How much do you like your job, what kind of off time do you get? Im a conductor for the railroad and I don't really have any free time other than my 3 off days every other week.

I work for a company that is consulted to run corporate health and wellness for corporations. I wouldn't say I'm in love with it but I think largely bc of the setting I am currently in. I make the best of the hand I'm dealt. I get 18 PTO days and 10 holidays currently and generally work M-fri

I'm a Business Credit Analyst for a bank. It pays the bills I guess. I get 3 weeks of vacation with option to take up to 5 additional days unpaid. I will get another week of vac after I've been there for 5 years.

I work for Featherlite Graphics. We do all the painting and graphics on the haulers that you see at the NASCAR Races. It's a pretty laid back place to work. I get 3 weeks of vacation a year, but we can pretty much get time off whenever we want it.. Our summers are really slow, so for the last few summers, we end up having at least a month off, if not more. Good thing we get to collect unemployment.

My job is fairly easy, but I pretty much dont want to be in engineering at all so that makes me not like it. 3 weeks vacation, with no more to come for 10 more years. A stuffy office environment and working in the city doesnt help either. Hours are M-F 7-3:45

District Sales Manager for a software company. I get as much vacation as I want. I think technically I have 5 weeks, but no one tracks it so I take what I want when I want. With that said, 1/3rd of my income is based on my team attaining quota, so I don't take vacation that often. I typically work 50-60 hours a week, but if I want to blow out of work I can do it whenever I want.

Other than owning my own small business someday, there isn't anything else I'd rather do other than being retired.

I own my own Electronic Engineering company. We install and service wireless data, inventory management devices and printing solutions. Handhelds, AP's, industrial printers, scanners and VMUs. I am Blessed because I love what I do and it pays really well. I knew I wanted to be an Electronic Engineer when I was 12 years old. I take 6 weeks for vacation every year.

I am the managing partner (which means I am the one with the least amount of money, lol) of a large commercial cattle feeding operation. It is high risk and at times very stressful, but I enjoy it 95% of the time.

I don't have established "time off" or vacation days but as long as I am accessible by telephone, I have a fairly flexible schedule.,..just can't take long trips nor days that are 100% work free.

I'm an IT Manager (Network/Servers/Storage/Security/Etc). Get 3 weeks of vacation plus get a few days for sick time to cover Dr/Dentist appointments etc. Company is pretty good about giving me some half days off in Nov as well to supplement my hunting time... I don't complain about weeks where I'm working 60-70 hours and they don't complain when I work 20 hours a week during the middle of November....

My wife & I manage a resort near the Canadian Border here in Minnesota. We have a total of 13 cabins that we rent out. Our work load is starting to slow down now, and we rarely if ever have guests in November :tu:

Still in my final year of pharmacy school.

Upon graduation ill go uniformed service working for Public Health Service, like under the Indian Health Services branch. Pay sucks initially compared to other venues as a pharmacist, but they have loan repayments (huge since ill be starting out $160k ish in the hole, and I get 6 weeks vacation starting from day 1 plus all federal holidays. 20 year retirement you don't pay into places me at 44 years old so that's likely the route ill take and work minimally part time from there on.
