I think that it wasnt feeling good and went to the vet!!!! it looks too perfect to have gotten scratched off. lol
that doe has got the hair patterns of a buck but i dont see any spots where antlers were shed..usually bucks have that distinct hair pattern on their forehead. As far as the bald spot it looks familiar to a post someone else had about a deer visiting his backyard that had those bald spots on its muzzle and ears.
Yeah, I'm not sure what causes it jim, but I have a fawn with the same issue. Her ears now (not the initial cause) are frost bit, but I don't have any current photos...
I'd bet money that's actually a young buck and not a doe. Anyhow, I have no idea what happened to it. Ice build up maybe? Maybe his buddies poured Nair on him? Food allergies? :D
that Doe received a dollar a hair model, but I do not see all the places where they were paid by the horns .. usually U.S. dollars, which is a different model of hair on the forehead
she got grazed by a broadhead, but the metal plate in the bridge of her nose bounced the arrow off...
Looks someone caught her and thought it would be funny to take a buzz clippers and give her a little trim.
