Brassicas really starting to fill in. Last week they looked pretty thin. Things are picking up now

Looks good. Mine need rain badly. Unfortunately, there's none in sight for the next 4-5 days.

We have that same issue. No rain till Thursday. BUT, my father in law being a farmer, hes always got a few tricks up his sleeve. We filled a 250 gallon water tank up and ran it up to the cabin. We parked the tank next to the cabin and ran a hose with a pump inline to power a sprinkler system. This week should be great for the plot! water + plenty of sun and heat.

My plots are sitting stagnant.... I need rain so bad. I don't have the ability to hydrate them beside by the hand of mother nature, and I have a ton of seed in the ground waiting for moisture.

    COME ON RAIN!!!!

I just got a bunch of hard rain so that should really help with growth.

Marion got 2/10ths last nite and a 2 hour supersoaker right now. Planted 8/10, good germination but it was getting critical until today. Driving from So Cal to Marion with my Son Friday to drop him off at the U. Gun zero, broadhead checks, checking on my May plantings of crabs, swo, bbush, spicebush, pawpaw, hb willow, dogwoods. Should be fun. I get a mile by mile crop review of Nb. and Ia.2,000 miles of pounding pavement. Yikes.

Your killing me. I have 7 acres to put in but will not even attempt it if we dont get some rain. Massive drought. Second year in a row. Spent about a thousand bucks last year on seed and got zilch. This year I am waiting. If we get some moisture, I will throw out some turnips and winter wheat and some Buck Forage Oats. If it doesnt rain, I have a nice beer fund. Not happy.

Hit or miss depending on how much rain. It has been very spotty. It will be marginal in our area for the most part. I have new alfalfa seeding from last fall that we can not even put up because its bone dry and about 4 inches tall.
