Just moved old stand up 2 feet. Did a little scouting might have found a new spot. I have a stand that I need to move, an extra stand that I need to get up still and a food plot that needs to be planted.
Set up a 3rd trail cam on video mode on the edge of some soybeans. Installed 4th and final window in my newly built tower blind that hopefully come December and my buck tag being filled I can relax in and be all nice and toasty warm and shoot some does out of. Anybody else willing to admit they bow hunt out of a tower stand? This will be my first year trying it. I tell everyone it's for the old farts and young nephews who want to come along for a hunt but i'm sure i'll hunt it from time to time.
Slapped together an arrow rack out of scrap wood to organize my arrows a little better. Before: After:
Walked into a spider web...I'll count this as some extra form of mental conditioning while on a hike.
I usually stay out of my main hunting area until the season comes, there's no need to scout, spook & stink it, I know what they do and use a climber to easily move around as needed. but the threads/pics on here had me setting 3 cameras today
