Monitoring the shipping and receiving of precious metals aswell as the employees here at the plant. In other words, not to much. Haha.
I'm swamped. I cranked out one proposal, answered a few questions on others, continued work on a huge project due at the end of the month and ran around dealing with interoffice concerns and other questions regarding projects in progress. Lunch is my "down time" to clear my head with useless things on the interwebs.
Well, it's only 11 am, but so far I went to my annual physical, reviewed 2 air permits, researched KKK (yes, this is an actual federal air regulation...) and e-mailed LDEQ a question about OOOO (another federal air regulation). At 11:30, I have a brief meeting with the company's CEO and CFO, then we will have company lunch at a restaurant, along with a meeting about the company's goals for 2013. After that, I will research KKK more in preperation for a meeting with a client first thing tomorrow morning. Exciting, right?
1. Updated and submitted weekly project schedule. 2. Created an as-built drawing of a completed installation. 3. Put out some fires regarding R.O.W. and easement concerns. 4. Did a bid duration schedule 5. Did a take off for a bid. 6. Checked BHC 7. Submitted 3 Contractor requested changes.

Did two interviews this morning for a position I'm looking to fill in Chicago. Spent time on the phone trying to position a deal I'm hopefully going to close next week. Had about an hour call with an important customer trying to fix a problem created by our support team. Looked at a handful of resumes and setup two more phone interviews for later this week. Just got done eating a meatloaf sandwich and now I'm going to surf bass fishing sites and BH.com for 15 minutes or so.
Set a few forms while listening to thunderstorms off in the distance. First drop of rain we ran to our trucks and headed home.
Went to class, and looked at trailer hitches for my ATV. Now I'm home watching Worlds Wildest Police Videos, waiting until 2:30 to go to my 3 hour food chemistry lab. Then I might go blow the face off a turkey, depending on if the rain clears out.
Got to work a little late this morning, rain here has slowed things down on the roads. Checked about 24 emails, did 2 or 3 quotes, 1 small order, made a bunch of phone calls to figure out a conveyor systems, watched a bunch of turkeys outside the office window, the toms are getting "studly" as some of the gilrs are saying. then ate lunch, came back here to play on the net a little, then it's time to get back to making money if anyone will send me an order !!!
Gave a quiz on formulas and functions, listened to a parent complain, had a fire drill, soon to get baseball field ready for a game this evening.
