Santa was good to me this year. I had to wait until Christmas afternoon, but he gave me two gifts this year.
A couple of vinyl albums 2 river birch trees some outdoor furniture and a crapload of useless crap that will just get sold in our next garage sale. I hate people buying me stuff. Hate it.
I am. Because I'm very specific about the things I want. I research everything before I buy and it pisses me off to no end when someone will ask me what I want, I tell them specifically, and then they buy some cheaper, crappier version and tell me "Oh it's the same thing." No. No it isn't. Why even ask me what I want if you are just going to ignore whatever I tell you. Congrats, you just wasted your money because I'm never going use what you bought me. If it was too expensive, then buy a gift card to that store or something. Say that is too expensive, and I'll tell you something that I want that is cheaper. Just don't buy me the crappier version. It helps no one. Thank you.
I got a great big pile of NOTHING!!!!! Funds where tight this year and we spent everything on the kids and the girlfriend and I will do christmas another time, probably after taxes and we close on our house.
