Hey Everybody, I am wondering what camcorder I should get. I was looking at some XH AI's but they all have tapes. I know they are good cameras but what is a camera that would be the same price and is the same quality that would not have tapes. Thanks before-hand for any suggestions.
Budget plays a big part. The Canon Vixia G30 is decent but will run you about 1200.00 if you are just starting out start with a good used HD video camera in the 200-300 range to make sure its something you want to do. If it works for you upgrade from there. Just like anything else start small then build up. You can always use the cheaper camera for second angles and what not.
