I am looking for a new cam as my old one bit the dust. Looking for a quality cam that will last me a few years. I see so many brands it makes it hard to chose the best one for me. Where I bow hunt the farthest point away would be 100 yards. I see some of the new cams say they are good to 100 feet but would like to hear some reviews from real hunters. Kinda looking at the G2 series but not sure.
Any advice or comments would be great.

Stealth can g30 or g42ng are great cams! Also the m80xt is a great cam but I think they changed the name on it to gm80xt, same thing. I personally have the g30 and m80xt and they have taken amazing color photos, great night pics, and very good videos. I make sure to put my cam knew high I feel like I capture a lot more that way and I don't know why but with these I do. They have worked flawless for me and I would buy either of them again if needed but I am now leaning more towards the stealth cam just because the last one I had for about 5 years and worked perfect in any condition besides single number temps than the m80 worked way better, never froze up, I will try and I find a pic for past winter when we got as low as -10 and the cam still worked awesome no freeze up at all

Thanks I was looking to pick up the g42ng but wanted to hear at least one good review before picking up a new 1. I will check out the g30 by the looks of that temperature. It never gets that cold here. Coldest it gets here would be -10 to -15 F. If that cam performs that well at that temp it will do for me as well.
    Thanks.

Out of all my cams I like my mp6 black flash cams from dlc covert and trust me I have to many to choose from and almost every brand.

I think they are still available at wing supply. Also I think if you look at the website now they make the mp8 also nice.

I here good things about the g42 also, testing a couple for a guy I am building a engine for.

I've been pleased with all aspects of my G30 and G42 cameras so far. Great daytime pics, excellent night time flash range, HD video with audio, easy to set up and very good battery life. For the price you get a ton of features and IMO they're tough to beat.

All camera's have there good points and bad points. I personal have switch to Coverts, price, battery life and picture quality are why I switch. Yes I am on there pro staff but I switch to Coverts way before I got on there pro staff.
