I have a Knight & Hale diaphragm call that I've gotten quite good with. Its my go to call. Besides that I carry a Knight & Hale White Liar Slate and some old box call for windy/ rainy days when its hard to pitch sound.

Has any body used the flextone thunder cut or cluck n purr ? I have watched the videos on youtube of waddell using them and i was pretty impressed. Then went online to look up reviews and saw a ton of bad reviews saying the calls sound like ****. Went to fleet to pick one up and they were sold out ! Went to fleet online and its backorderable !

Not a fan. I only own 1 flextone call- some grunt tube for deer. But besides that I think flextone kinda sucks. Im impartial to Knight & Hale as well as MAD calls if your talking about name brands. Oh primos is good too.

I take different calls every day of turkey season, one slate, glass or crystal, aluminum and ceramic and one box call. I own about 50 custom pots and about 15 custom boxes and love running them all, I know I have issues but love turkey calls. Scoot
