Just woke up from a nap with my 8 month old. Gonna get a fire going in the woodstove to get the house a bit warmer, then we (me and the boy) are heading down see his grandparents (my in laws) for supper. I'll probably nap on their couch as well. I was up early helping a friend with drywall and then doing some honey do items around my house.
Changed my oil, greased, and rotated the tires on my truck. Went out for a walk on the parent's property. Tinkered with my bows, did a quick walk-back tune on the Connie, went to a cabin meeting, and now back at home waiting for my sick wife to come back from the wineries so I can take care of her:D
Wish I could have been doing that. I am still stuck at work and I am here till midnight. I am working a double.
Let's see took my oldest out to Sportsman Warehouse today and got a few boxes of ammo for the new .45 he brought his stepson along. got home had to go back out to the area to pick up 1/2 barrels and soil for my mom then back to her place to plant 2 orange trees and pull a couple of bushes out then came home and took a nap.
Now I am really hate working a double on a Saturday Night, it is Saturday Night right? I am so tired. But I am getting paid really good to do nothing. I can't complain too much. So PLEASE talk to me I am so bored.
Right now I'm slacking. Today I need to: -Get a bunch of my real work done -Send out some membership packets to our new club members -Scan and email some of our tournament rules to a guy that wants our help on a 'bounty' bowfishing tournament -Get our insurance paperwork for three of our tournaments (probably have to wait for that paperwork to come in tho') -upload and send pictures to some parents of kids who shot at our archery booth this past weekend. -answer a bunch of emails. -Empty the truck of all the stuff we had set up at the show this weekend. (it's freakin' packed!) (How is it that I spend 10x the hours working on stuff that doesn't pay anything???) -Buy some chicken food and pine shavings. -Drive over to the post office while they're actually open to get and send mail. (podunk town PO hours) -cook something, I'm hungry. -fold clothes -make it to tomorrow. ...back to work for me.
