Been shooting with 30 pounds in the pack - standing, kneeling, figured out how to make a video between rounds.

Thanks bra- the videoing is easy the setting up accounts, passwords, and uploading is frustrating at times. At some point I want to add a go pro can to these adventures but not in the budget yet...nothing wrong with good old still pictures.
Best a' Luck back your direction also!

STAIRS!!!! a bunch of up and down throughout the day..even make an effort to go back when time permits.

Two at a time, slow and steady up..great leg burn at the top.

Run, shoot, run. Instead of walking down the 70 yards to pull arrows .. Run! Great way to get the blood flowing between rounds. They have these run, shoot, run shoots at 3D ranges around the country. This may be worth looking into.

Back on the stair tower, light free weights, sit ups (getting "core" sore), shooting in the pm. Maps!

I'm training for my first half marathon this spring but not pushing it as my shin splints act up easily still. Most I have ran to date is 6 miles about two weeks ago in just under 50 minutes.

I try to run three days per week doing ab ripper x on those days. I then do chest and back on two days and arms and shoulders on two days. If I skip a day its usually one of the upper body days.

I've lost my weight (218 down to 186 this year), but now I'm just trying to maintain and convert to a more lean profile. Diet is way more important than any exercise you guys can put yourself through.

I ate a bunch of ice cream today. In the morning I'm going to go out in the cold and snow to try and get a shot at a doe pronghorn. So, I need the insulation. Hahahaha....
