    1. Tight tight shirt
    2. No bra
    3. grunt when you release.

    Archer is male....

    1.) "Perfect practice makes perfect." (Learn proper form and technique so you don't waste time learning bad issues that you'll have to fix later.)
    2.) Don't over reach. (A slightly short draw length is better than a long draw.)
    3.) Don't over bow. (Less poundage is better than more poundage.)

    Lots of good ones on here already...

    1. Get your bow fitted to YOU properly from the start, emphasizing correct draw length.

    2. Learn proper form, with emphasis on correct grip and firing the bow (shot execution).

    3. If you can't afford to take lessons (or attend a shooting seminar put on by the likes of GRIV), pick up some DVDs from Michael Braden, et al., and study them as oppose to just watch them.

    1. Don't shoot if you're tired.
    2. Practicing at farther distances makes you a better shot at closer ranges.
    3. Don't slap, snap, gank, wack, pluck, or slam the trigger!

    Dedication- Be dedicated to achieving your goals and fulfilling your desire
    Discipline- Be discipline in your practice and remember that perfect practice makes perfect
