For my all day sits, when food is a MUST, I'll usually pack 2 sandwiches, some kind of cake, 2 Lipton Pure Leaf Teas (lemon), and of course a Snickers or two. A full stomach is a happy stomach. Bring on the rut!!!! :nana::chewy::tu:

I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day, so no special foods. 1 beef stick 1 cheddar stick and a mozerralla stick with a banana for breakfast. Either roasted 6" from subway or a tuna sandwich at home for lunch. I can't throw anything out of whack.

No I have a digestive system that if I am not careful can digest corn in about an hour or less, I stick with what works.

I guy with GI issues like myself understands this all to well.

The trail mix with raisins and m&ms and peanuts is good but being so salty makes one very thirsty.

Also, I do not drink coffee so on cool mornings I heat up chicken and rice soup and pour it into a thermos. Drink the broth for warmth and eat the rice for food all through the thermos.

I rock a giant thermos and then a small little handheld sippin thermos of some coffee, I'll drink it all day on a nice frosty day in the stand!! I like to pack a sandwich of some sort on all day sits. And just whatever snacks I have around.

For all day sits, a big sandwich, eat half in the AM and the rest in the PM.
Venison sausage sticks are becoming a favorite too. Nothing like eating last years deer while trying to kill another.
Some vitamin water, candy bars and a thermos of coffee, always
