I got a LOT of thinking to do this weekend. I got an offer from the company I work for... This started off as a job, now could turn into a career... Do I take it? I really don't like making decisions. lol. It's not really what I want to do in life, but... I read somewhere that more than half of the people out there are not in the fields that they went to school for.... I just don't know! It's got potential written all over it, and they did tell me that they would keep me in mind, when they gave me this position... I'm just unsure... I don't know why they are offering this to me. lol. I'm not doing anything special, the account i'm at right now is literally, nothing. I sit at a desk, greet people coming in, and answer phones! I am always up for a challenge though, and stressful situations (getting used to a new job, a new lifestyle, etc...) are somewhat needed in my life. Stress kind of keeps me in check, in a way... I'm about 99% sure I am going to take it, but I have to make it through this weekend before I decide. Thanks for letting me complain...err...vent? IDK. I don't even know what I'm doing. lol. Thoughts?
If its more money and will put you in a better situation, i say go for it. Just because you take the job doesnt mean you have to stop looking for other ones. I really like my job but i still look every week at other openings in the state system, just incase
